Southern HiBearnation is the big one. It's a highlight of the bear community calendar and attracts not only local guests but also many interstate guests and even some international ones. Held annually during June, Southern HiBearnation hosts up to 10 paid and free events ranging from an UnderBear™ party, a huge kick-ass Hunk costume party, and of course, the Mr. Australasia Bear competition where title holders from all over Australia come to compete for the ultimate title of Mr. Australasia Bear. Each Southern HiBearnation is themed differently with examples of previous years' themes artwork below.

Tickets for Southern HiBearnation are HIGHLY sought after with season passes selling out in as little as 17 minutes!
