Important Dates & Information
As set out in the current VicBears Inc Rules of Association:
- Notification of the 2019 VicBears Inc AGM has been distributed as of 6:30pm Monday 1st July 2019 to all current financial members via their nominated email addresses and publicly via our VicBears Inc Facebook Page.
- This form must be completed and submitted no later than 6:30pm on Sunday, 28 July 2019 (7 days prior to the AGM).
- NO NOMINATIONS can be taken from the floor on the night of the AGM – 6:30pm on Sunday, 04 August 2019.
If you have any issues with submitting your nomination form, please email secretary@vicbears.org.au to arrange an alternative solution.
