Life Membership Nomination Form

As set out in the current VicBears Inc Rules of Association:

• Notification of the 2019 VicBears Inc AGM has been distributed as of 6:30pm Monday 1st July 2019 to all current financial members via their nominated email addresses and publicly via our VicBears Inc Facebook Page.
• This form must be completed and submitted no later than 6:30pm on Saturday, 03 August 2019 (24 Hour prior to the AGM).
• NO NOMINATIONS can be taken from the floor on the night of the AGM – 6:30pm on Sunday, 04 August 2019.
